Uploads
Save photos to Fivemanage, Discord or the server folder and get a link for each.
Studio pages
Photos always live in your database, and the GetPhoto export paints them in game. You only need uploads when something outside the game, such as a website, a Discord channel or a script that wants a plain link, should show the photos.
Open /evstudio > Settings and pick where to save.
| Save to | Key | Link |
|---|---|---|
| Nowhere | None | No links. This is the default. |
| Fivemanage | An API token for images from fivemanage.com | A permanent link to the file. |
| Discord | A channel webhook link | The photo is posted in the channel. Discord links stop working outside Discord after about a day. |
| Server folder | None | The file goes into the photos folder of the resource, one per model. In-game pages can show a new file after a restart. |
Keys
Fivemanage and Discord need a key. Keys are secrets, so they only go in server.cfg, never in the menu. Add the one for your service, then restart the resource:
set evolent_studio:fivemanage "your-token"
set evolent_studio:discord "https://discord.com/api/webhooks/..."The menu shows the last four characters of the key, so you can check which one is in use. A key that doesn't look right, such as a Discord link that isn't a webhook, is ignored and the server console prints a warning.
setr sends the value to every player's game, and sets shows it in the public server info. Either one leaks your key.
Fivemanage: open your dashboard on fivemanage.com and make a token for images.
Discord: open the channel settings, then Integrations > Webhooks, make a webhook and copy its link.
Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Save after every photo | Upload each photo as soon as it is taken. Off: upload from the gallery, or press Save all again. |
| File type | WebP is several times smaller. Pick PNG when another script only reads .png files. |
| Colours of the saved picture | A link shows one picture, so it has one paint. Pick the primary and secondary colour it should show. |
Other resources read the link with GetUrl. Copy all links in the settings copies every link as JSON, keyed by model.
